Sering kali kita saat ingin melakukan upload database yang ukuran yang cukup besar atau melebihi 2mb standartnya. Kebanyakan orang melakukan import database menggunakan phpmyadmin.
Saat ukuran database tersebut besar maka akan gagal upload seperti gambar dibawah ini :
ada beberapa trik untuk melakukan import database dengan ukuran besar tersebut. trik pertama kita akan melakukan modifikasi pada script config.inc.php pada salah satu file di phpmyadmin
bukalah file phpmyadmin anda lalu carilan file config.inc.php
Bukalah file config.inc.php tersebut sehingga akan terlihat script seperti berikut :
lalu lakukan modifikasi pada baris ke 17 atau setelah $i++; tambahkan code berikut :
$cfg['UploadDir'] = 'import';$cfg['ExecTimeLimit'] = 0;
sehingga menjadi seperti gambar dibawah ini :
jika sudah lakukan save, lalu buatlah sebuah direktori baru bernama import didalam folder phpmyadmin
jika sudah copy lah sebuah database yang ukurannya besar dan simpa di dalam folder import tersebut
jika sudah, buka kembali PHPmyadminnya, lalu pilih menu import. Maka tampilannya akan berubah menjadi seperti gambar dibawah ini ;
Pilih "select from the web server upload directory import/" lalu klik go.
pada proses ini database yang ukuran besar akan di proses dan di impor kedalam database yang sudah dituju.
